The Training & Development Course

HN2150, Training & Development will examine in some depth the current processes, issues and practices involved in the training and development function. We will explore: needs analysis, training design, methods and evaluation, development methods and evaluation, and emerging trends in the field. You will apply various training and development techniques and practices using case studies and application assignments.

This is a comprehensive exam consisting of material from throughout the course. The test will be two hours in duration, and be 60% Multiple Choice and 40% Case, Scenario and Short Answer questions.
